Life this morning took a magical turn. Inspired by Lorna Byrne and sparked by my curiosity, I wondered if only I could hug an angel and they then would hug me….
Knowing they are always here, guiding us,
helping us and inspiring us to always choose
the best way with love and kindness.
For ourselves and all sentient beings within this world.
Signs I would see when I think of them or wonder what life would be,
unknowing what to do or what to say
when I feel uncertainties on my way.
Signs from the angels would unexpectedly appear,
a butterfly, a tickling in my hair at the top of my head,
a bright tiny dot of blue white light in midair,
a white feather or a hawk flying by…. Signs,
which in my heart I know what it means,
yet sometimes my mind doesn’t quite know… for sure.
And oh! How it likes to be absolutely sure!
A knowing I would feel and the slight doubt,
knowing I know better, I’d put it to rest.
Yet… still in a distance I would sometimes feel,
and my mind filled with doubt would wonder
if they are truly here…
This morning, as I lay aware but not yet fully awake under the warm downy covers, eyes still closed… I had a luminous idea! What if, I would ask them, the angels that is, for a hug… in whatever way they like to give hugs! Surely, they most love hugs on the finer spiritual dimensions as well! So, while still lying in bed with my eyes closed and blissfully dozing after my 5 minutes easy life changing morning meditation waking up all levels of my constitution I decided to go for it. And this is what I did…
With the focus on my heart, feeling my whole being and my eyes still closed I then will just for a few moments in my mind silently speak with a loving heart to my Guardian Angels. While slowly breathing in and out:
Dear Guardian Angels, I love you, I love you I love, I love you. Guardian angels I thank you, I thank you, I thank you… I give you a hug and I love to receive a hug in whatever way you like to give a hug, I love you, I love you, I love you and I thank you, I thank you, I thank you….
Silence…then slowly but surely I can feel my whole being become lighter, my heart expands enormously, filled with an indescribable love and warmth and as every cell of my body starts to tinkle as if they are feeling lighter and shining brighter…!
I decide to go further. I will give my Teacher Angels a hug. As with our Guardian Angels, our Teacher Angels are our personal angels that help us in our life with our spiritual growth, with our karma and everything you are to learn in this life, your life lessons one could say.
With my eyes still closed and heart fully open filled with now even more love, I will then say: Dear Teacher Angels I love you, I love you, I love you and I thank you, I thank you, I thank you. I give you a hug and I ask to receive a hug in whatever way you like to give a hug, I love you, I love you, I love you, I thank you, I thank you, I thank you…
I will just lay still again with focus on my heart until I feel my whole being filling up with so much love and light, every cell sparkling with so much joy! It is a subtler variation in feeling than my guardian angles, magnificent to feel. It is within and as an embrace and truly feels like a hug.
After this, like with the other meditation, I will write something down if an insight or inspiration comes. Or if I have an aspiration for the day, I set an intention of what I like to accomplish for that day. Because you write these words with now an elevated mind, love filled heart and a body that is radiating on a higher vibration your intentions, your goals and your whole day will come into a more effortless flow and feel different.If something happens where you feel yourself unsettled or off center, remind yourself of these angelic hugs earlier that morning and say: “thank you” and think of your angels. It will help you, you’ll see.
If you like you can also hug other light beings or angels…. Like the Archangels, Archangel Michael, Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Rafael, Archangel Uriel even The Holy Christ (which is a different being than the man Jesus) . I will address them each individually, repeating the mediation. I will feel their variation in frequency and light. Yet, from each you will receive a hug…. and you are held in the Light. I can assure you, you will feel AMAZING and your whole being is just beaming! All together it will only take you about 5 to 10 minutes, that’s it…. what a magical way to start the day :)
